Very quaint Victorian designed hotel. Owners are wonderful people. Price very affordable. Basic accommodations. If you're interested in the Suwannee River area this is a cute place to stay.

I would agree with GoForWalk in terms of their general review. I was in need of a room since all the local hotels were booked with people fleeing Hurricane Matthew. I found the owner Donna to be EXTREMELY congenial and helpful. I stayed in the Brook Suite on the first floor. The bed was absolutely fine, the A/C made the room almost too cold. The charm was indescribable. I thought I was back in my grandmother's home in New England...old wood, beautiful antiques, very quiet. Shower was fine (hot and cold knobs were reversed). I didn't use the TV. WiFi access was appreciated. The breakfast was continental, but there is a relatively new restaurant one block away that serves a fabulous breakfast - the Great Southern Biscuit Company. Definitely a fine place to stay if you appreciate period B&B inns. I would definitely return!
We stayed here 2 yrs ago. We loved it! It is not a typical B&B when it comes to breakfast. You have the kitchen to yourself. You make your own breakfast. Very clean and private. Larger bathroom in the hall. We are staying again this weekend. Can't wait!
